We now delight in Atlantic salmon and Japanese tuna year round, we have Mediterranean squid and octopi, uncover the joys of the small, delicate fish of the far east. These, and a whole lot, are the bounty that fishing vessels take to port. So yes, marvel at these water borne giants, don’t forget that they have and will continue to serve our modern society.
